Shipping Policy

Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. However, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing during peak seasons or in case of unexpected delays.

Shipping Methods: We offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are flat rates for all items and there is a different flat rate for accessories. 

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and potential customs processing for international orders. Standard shipping to New Zealand and Australia usually takes 4-6 weeks.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer or if it remains unclaimed at the local post office, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 21 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Change of Shipping Address: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
